    • foot-in-mouth   Losing control in tough situations?

    • undecided   Being dominated by negative thoughts?

    • cry   Worrying that other people dislike you?

    • yell   Living the stressed-out life?

    If Your Answer Is YES...

    You’re in the right place!

The way we view the world does a lot to shape our mental and physical well-being. It influences the people we interact with, the decisions we make, and the experiences we have. If you don’t like what your attitude is doing to your life, and want to make things better, it’s time to unlock your brain and open up to the possibilities.

    Don't get me wrong...

I’m a recovering pessimist myself, and I know it’s not easy. It takes months or years of hard work to create the healthy, positive life you’ve been dreaming of. But once you commit to the change, you’ll find out it’s worth it. And you don’t have to reach perfect optimism (if such a thing exists) before you start experiencing the joys of improvement.

    Try it out and see!

If you’re anything like me, you know all too well how it feels to live under a mental cloud of “nothing makes me happy.” The only way to get out from under that cloud is to stop expecting life to “make” you happy, and take responsibility for your own happiness.

Start looking at things differently, and that will make all the difference in your life.

    Living On The Bright Side!

After several years of research as well as deep internal exercises, I realized optimism is what fuels the mind, and the soul. So I embarked in this journey to find new ways to alter my attitude.  As a result,  I (and my peers) have noticed many positive changes in my life.

Now, I’m working to help others transform their lives.

Building a more optimistic attitude will improve your life in a long list of ways:

    • Better sleep
    • Fewer risks for alcohol abuse and smoking
    • Decreased stress levels
    • Decreased chances of heart attacks
    • Better social and personal lives
    • Better parenting and career outlook
